About Me

Hi, my name is Jeremy. I love training. I do also realize that there is much more to life than fitness, so I try to make workouts fun and enjoyable, making the gym environment a positive place to improve ones self, and not feel bad about where we are. Only here to improve our lives in all aspects. I've been training for 10 years and it has taken time and life experience to learn what's important in life, which is family, friends, having fun, doing what you like, taking care of others, and (most important) being happy:) I am married, and have the sweetest 10-year-old daughter in the world. Most my family lives near the area, so I'm a family man. Always in a good mood, and ready to make a positive impact on others around me.

What to Expect

My clients come in 10 mins early, do a cardio warm up, then I usually train the major moves 1st in the session (Leg press, squat, bench press, Row, ect), then focus on the more isolating moves late in the session (ISO curls, tricep ext, lateral fly's, ect), also individualizing each session to each clients different goals, or how my client feels that day. Every workout is a little different, and always challenging my clients to make progress, having fun, laughing, joking around a bit, getting to know other positive people in the gym too along the while. We take the workout serious, but it definitely needs to be fun, and something to look forward to.

I've had clients get abs, lose 80+lbs, gain muscle. One particular I still work with now, he wanted to have a six-pack for summer vacation. In 6 months, he lost 42lbs, gain muscle mass as well, had abs showing well. He worked hard, and his work shows.
