About Me

I'm a former U.S. Marine, a certified trainer, and hold a Master's degree in Exercise Science. I have trained those right out of physical therapy, children, older adults, and everything in between. When I train, I take a completely personalized approach and explain the purpose each step of the way. Clients not only get the results they desire but also come away with an extensive knowledge that they can apply in the future.

What to Expect

In our first training session a client can expect to try a variety of different exercises to see what feels natural, and gauge ability. This will also help me to identify any areas that may require additional conditioning, and ability to identify where the client is strong.

I trained a woman who was a Penn State graduate in criminal justice. She wanted to get into law enforcement but due to her weight (270lbs) she was unable to pass the physical fitness exam. When we began training she just wanted to lose some weight and wouldn't even dare to dream she could lose enough and become strong enough to achieve her dream.
