Hey there! My name is Jeremy, and I’m a certified personal trainer located in Dallas, Texas. My passion is helping people get into the best shape of their lives and become overall healthier, happier people. I grew up in Iowa and first discovered my hunger for working out at the age of twelve when I lifted weights for the first time. I started working out twice a day—once in the morning before school and again after school—and continued this pattern for years. It was all I wanted to do. Little did I know where my passion for working out would lead me… In 2008—after becoming a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise and moving to Dallas—I got my first job as a personal trainer at a local big-box gym. This opportunity gave me two valuable years of hands-on learning. I’m now thirty-six years old, happily married to my wife Stephanie, and have been running Jeremy’s Training since 2010. Since becoming a certified personal trainer 10+ years ago, I have managed over 15,000 personal training sessions. I've learned a lot about exercise and nutrition since first stepping into a weight room twenty-four years ago. It's this experience and knowledge that I look to share with all my clients, in order to help them achieve their fitness goals as efficiently and safely as possible. Below is the four step process that I use to create a personalized workout experience for all of my private personal training clients. Step 1. Fitness Assessment Questionnaire This is the first step in the customization process. Here is where I gather some basic background information that will help me start to understand your goals, wants and needs. Step 2. Physcial Fitness Screen In this step of the personalization process I will take you through a series of fitness test that will challenge your strength, cardio, flexibility, mobility and Stability. This specific series of fitness test will reveal to me your bodies strengths and more importantly your bodies weaknesses – This Step Is Critical To Keeping Your Program As Safe As Possible. Step 3. Create The Program In this stage of the customization process, I will take into consideration what I have learned from the Fitness Assessment Questionnaire and the Physical Fitness Screen to create you a, science based workout program, personalized to your fitness level and abilities. Step 4. Implement The Program In this step I will personally help you implement the workout program I have created for you. I will coach you through each workout making sure you understand how to perform each exercise and make any necessary changes to your workout program as needed.
