About Me

I am an intuitive fitness trainer based in Littleton, CO. My career began as a clinical dietitian. I saw many patients whose health and lives could have been improved with preventive care instead of sick care and I wanted to do more to help. I wanted to be able to prescribe exercise as well as a nutrition for my clients. I enrolled in graduate school in exercise science at the University of Alabama. After graduate school, I started a nutrition and personal training business. I worked with clients one-on-one for nutritional counseling and personal training and conducted group weight loss programs and fat loss boot camps. I currently work with clients virtually. I use intuitive readings, nutrition, fitness and spiritual practices to create a mind, body and soul program.

What to Expect

A client should expect body weight exercises and movements without the use of machines. The body is a machine and I teach you how to exercise and control it safely. They should expect to go hard within their fitness level and have a great workout.

Client Success Story

My favorite client success story was Pam who joined my women's outdoor fitness camp five years ago. She struggled with weight loss for 20 years. She tried and failed many diets and was currently going to her Weight Watchers meetings with little success. In the course of training with me for nine months, she was able to reprogram how she saw her body image. She was able to lose 10 percent of body fat and for the first time in 20 years able to maintain her weight. She has taken control of her life and has been encouraging friends and family to join her. She has made her health and fitness a lifestyle for the past six years. She is still going strong and running in races in her late 50s.
