Jeremy is awesome! He has a very flexible schedule and was always able to accommodate mine. He gave me meal plan ideas and foods to eat or avoid. It's pretty straightforward! I lost 10 pounds and that's with weight lifting so I also have muscle mass and muscular curves!! He works with you for your interests and body ability. He kicked my ass but it was great! Stick with it. But you have to eat well, don't expect to work out with him once a week lose a bunch of weight, he's not a magician! But he's a great trainer!!! -Clothilde Casey

I have been training with Jeremy for over 2 years now. If you are looking for a high intensity, personalized weight/body, training solution, he’s the guy for you. I feel very fit, more toned and healthier after undergoing his training regimen. He mixes cardio and weight/body-weight training to give you the ultimate workout, or can customize a plan to achieve your specific fitness goals. He is certified, knowledgeable and very informative and pushes you, but he adjusts to your own intensity. I always look forward to my training with Jeremy.

Jeremy always knows exactly what I need to work on. He introduces me to a variety of exercises that are challenging, yet gentle on my body which I prefer. I was barely at any healthy level at the beginning of 2019, but with Jeremy’s help, coaching, and training, I was able to drop down 55 lbs by 8 months in.
