With a Bachelors Degree in Exercise and Sports Science, my programs are based on strength and muscle enhancement, fat loss and weight management, and cardiovascular training. I also specialize in proper nutrition guidance and sport-specific training for bodybuilding and power-lifting. I am comfortable and experienced in training clients of all ages, backgrounds, and levels from beginners to seasoned athletes. With me as your trainer, it’s a complete fitness approach - I'm pushing you beyond your limits, teaching you how to fuel your body, and helping you take on the mindset that you will not accept failure.
