Hi, my name is Jennifer. Fitness and nutrition are my passion and I have made it my mission to assist as many people as I can in finally making the decision to transform their health, fitness and energy levels for the better. Many people want to get fit and be healthier but don’t know where to begin or are hesitant because fitness programs have not worked for them in the past and they just gave up. They may be confused with all of the fitness myths and trends that are out there and just don’t know what’s right for them or where to even begin. Making time for physical activity every day should be a priority and it doesn’t have to be difficult or stressful.
