Fitness and nutrition are my passion and I have made it my mission to assist as many people as I can in finally making the decision to transform their health, fitness and energy levels for the better. Many people want to get fit and be healthier but don’t know where to begin or are hesitant because fitness programs have not worked for them in the past and they just gave up. They may be confused with all of the fitness myths and trends that are out there and just don’t know what’s right for them or where to even begin. Had two severely overweight clients who hadn’t engaged in physical activity in years and were hesitant that they would stick with it. They believed they would never see exercise as an enjoyable experience. After a couple of months of regularly working out they started to lose weight and get stronger and found it within themselves to want to fit physical activity in their lives most days of the week.
