My clients typically see results in the first week. I’ve trained a wide spectrum of individuals in the gym and in the water. I utilize adaptive aquatics to strengthen those with special needs, find themselves recovering from injuries or are athletes wanting to take their conditioning to the next level. My specialized training methods have been used on high level basketball players, football players, track and field athletes, soccer and volleyball. My personal training methods on dry land utilize a series of body weight, resistance bands, suspension bands and traditional weights.

A client can expect an extremely intuitive trainer that employs a variety of creative programming to challenge the mind and body. I am extremely focused on form, breath control and mechanics of the body. I program each session the day before and rarely repeat exercises. This prevent burnout and keeps my clients progressing each week.
One client I worked with for her 50th birthday celebration. She wanted to lose weight to be a certain “size” and “weight”. We worked together for 12 weeks 2x a week. I gave her a recommended diet based on her desires. She exceeded her expected weight loss, increased muscle tone so much so that she continued to train with me for an additional 4 months. One client is a junior Olympian in shot put. He was brought to me extremely overweight and discouraged. He was ranked 65th in the nation. We worked together on lifestyle changes and food choices as well as adaptive aquatics using water resistance and endurance. We met 2x a week for several months. He shed 30 pounds and gained strength through bi-weekly strength training. He qualified to go to the 2022 junior Olympic Games and is now ranked 12th in the nation.
