I started Jen's Fit Life because my passion for coaching and training others far exceeded the typical trainer title. I use all of my certifications in addition to my passion to develop unique programs for my clients while making sure they are in the best care. I strive to make my passion contagious in everything that I do and inspire others to take care of their whole life. I am 100% about strengthening your body so your mind and lifestyle can follow. I will take you back to the fundamentals of strength training and push you to your full potential.

Perfect Your Form- Form is the most important part of exercising. When you lift or do any routine out of form you risk straining muscles, injury, and just making the work-out a lot harder than what it needs to be. We believe in starting at the basics, perfecting your form, and creating the muscle memory so you can progress to competition for time. Train for Life- Training for a special event is awesome, and it's an amazing feeling when you know that you are able to accomplish it; however, we find it equally important to train for life in general. Life is the biggest challenge and you can only accomplish it through great health and a solid state of mind. Push Forward- Pushing forward allows you to never think about going back or giving up. A part of training for life is pushing through those difficult moments so you can accomplish that goal you set. The same is in your work-out, we push through the exercises that seem difficult and always strive for excellence. Be Effective- There is a lot that can be accomplished in a 15 minute work-out if you have a focus on being effective. A part of accomplishing life is making time to live it. There is no need to spend two or three hours in the gym; an effective work-out with the proper set of warm-ups, stretches, skill-training and work-outs help you to do more in less time.
