Hi, my name is Jennifer. I have been a personal trainer for about 20 years. I have a B.S. in health and human performance, and a M.S. in exercise science. I have trained children, adults with rehab issues, older adults, clients with Parkinsons, MS, ALS, high blood pressure, diabetes, eating disorders, cancer, athletes, just to name a few. I teach boot camp classes, aquatic training, and regular personal training.

What to Expect

An initial consultation to determine their goals. I will discuss with them a plan to help them reach those goals. I give nutritional advice and meal plans if they need them. I will also write down the exercises so they can do it on their own. I can give workouts for home, gym, water, etc.

Client Success Story

I had a client that lost over 150 lbs over 2 years with me. She cut out most all sugar except for fruits. We trained 3x a week and I gave her motivation, food plans, and exercises.
