Expect to work hard! You only get out what you put in. I like to incorporate different types of training equipment so you'll never be bored or do the same exact workout. I will be there to show you and talk you through every workout. I modify any exercises as needed and will progress you as I see fit. Each workout is tailored to your specific goals whether it's losing weight, gaining muscle, increasing endurance or strength, or just to stay active and healthy. My goal is to help you reach your goals!
I am working with a 78 year old woman who was active all her life but as she got older became less active. She wanted to be stronger so that doing everyday tasks was not so difficult, such as carrying grocery bags, picking up a watering can to water the garden, reaching for something on the top shelf, or even just going up the stairs. Since she started just over a month ago, she has made amazing progress. She came in lacking confidence and nervous. Now, her confidence is brilliant, her posture has improved, and she's stronger both physically and mentally.
