About Me

Hi, my name is Jennifer. I am a NASM personal trainer at Innate Fitness Daytona located in Port Orange, FL. I have over a decade of knowledge and expertise in the fitness and health industry. I specialize on educating you on how to combine the 2 vital aspects of a healthy lifestyle: nutrition and exercise. Your initial 1 on 1 professional consultation includes a small workout so we can evaluate your abilities, review your nutrition and discuss a customized plan together that works for you and your schedule and most importantly: YOUR GOALS! Our training facility is a private studio with a very intimate atmosphere. The professional training you will receive comes with the utmost customer service. Together we can achieve the results you are looking for.

What to Expect

I start with getting to know the client. I feel as though we will become friends over a period of time so it helps to find out more about them. Previous injuries, pains and aches, illnesses are disclosed so I can get a better feel for the program I design. What the customer wants is first priority to me. Sessions begin with a dynamic warmup for about 10 minutes, followed by strength training of both the upper and lower body. Sessions end with a daily routine which consists of cardio and core and end with a complete stretch down of the entire body. Sessions are scheduled in packages of 6, 8 or 12. Customers can choose 30 mins, 45 minutes or an hour.
