Hi, my name is Jennifer. When I became a fitness coach, it was because I could meet any physical challenge I faced. I turned flips, skydived, power lifted, danced, ran, and played ball with the best. In no time my body gave way to realities of life. I had breaks and scrapes, bruises and sprains, weight gain, joint swelling, and the like became commonplace. My body guided me toward a trainer’s evolution. Proper fitness has been muscle memory. In recent years, emotional intelligence is the theme of my practice. In group fitness classes, I understand body language that says, “I’m out of juice”. During private sessions, my experience now tells me when the body responds to stimulus.
Expect strange questions in the first few and following sessions so that our relationship is customized and my notes are filled by the response from your body language, movements, and conversation. Each session will start with mysterious warm-ups and continue with cardio that is not traditional running. Throughout the session, I will watch your body with the utmost detail and every part of your body will be given love, though body sculpting is always the end goal.
