About Me

Hi, my name is Jennifer. I'm a certified fitness trainer excited to see others succeed. I began lifting right out of HS but it wasn't until nursing school that it became a part of my daily routine. I've successfully planned my own competition preps from training routines, nutritional planning, as well as competition posing. I continue to educate myself to become the best that I can be. My competition history includes: The Max Classic and Mr & Ms Naturals Nebraska, which was my first show, where I placed 1st place Bikini Open, 1st place Bikini Novice, and Bikini Overall earning the Title of Ms. Natural Nebraska in 2012. Since then I've received seven 1st places, two overalls, Best presentation, 2nd Place, 6th place, and pro shows 4th and 5th place.

I'm an absolute lover of life unafraid to chase dreams that seem out of reach. Becoming a mother was the turning point for me. It gave me purpose and added value to life with the drive to become the best me I could be! Setting goals gives me a way to show my son the importance of growth even thru adulthood.

As a lover of music it can set the mood, and motivates me in the gym. What makes me a great coach and trainer is that I truly care about everyone it brings me joy just knowing things are going well for others!

What to Expect

I like to warm up before beginning each training session typically lasting 10 mins. Next I'd introduce exercises providing demonstrations and then ask you to perform them. We would train for 40 mins and end with proper cool downs and stretching.

Client Success Story

I had a client come to me with several concerns first being his health. He wanted to live healthier for not only himself but to set an example for his daughters. His resting heart rate was 106 bpm on 6.23.16.

After training together 2 times most weeks and occasionally 3 times a week we have been able to lose +40lb in 10 weeks of working together!! You'd be better believe we are not done yet because we've also enter the next challenge!!! We are determined, focused, and disciplined both in gym and at home!
