About Me

I am a professional mixed martial arts fighter, with a current contract with Ring Of Combat. I started training in mixed martial arts at age 8. I'm a second degree black belt, certified instructor in Martial Arts and have been personal training for two years now.

I had a mom of four who just gave birth to her fifth child and gained about 60 pounds during the pregnancy. She came to me saying that she wanted to ride in the New York City bike tour, which is a 46-mile ride. She started training with me in mid January 2014 and weighed 185 the first day we started. In a matter of four months she lost 75 lbs. She built up muscles that she never had and finished the bike tour in three hours, which normally for your first time takes between four to six hours.
