Hi, my name is Jenna. Since my youth I have always been fascinated with human physiology and have always been self-directed toward evolving my own understanding of true health and wellness. In my formal education, I studied clinical nutrition at UCDavis, later combining it with fitness training, motivating through movement. My focus has been on sports performance, functional and strength training, orthopedic and preventative care. In my world travels I worked in Thailand at a healing center, rounding my perspective on wellness through mindfulness and healing modalities. Working with a city-wide municipality I coached nutrition, lifestyle, fitness, and behavioral approaches while creating and managing wellness and fitness programs. Jenna creates programs around her clients depending on their needs and goals: - Strength and conditioning as the fundamental training while incorporating functional movement screens to identify risk of injury coupled with preventative exercises. -Nutrition and wellness coaching for individuals looking to improve their life throughout all dimensions of wellness implementing better habits for sustainable success. -Reiki,a form of energy work, to center the well-being of my clients, reducing physical and emotional stresses while balancing energy. I am passionate about helping others find their own inspiration in wellness, obtaining meaningful and achievable goals.

A lot of people didn't believe but here you go. I was 200lbs and now I flux between 135lbs to 145lbs. If I can do it anyone can! I don't give up the things I love most like BEER, Cheese, and just not healthy food all around but limit it through out the week and if I do eat those things you just have to work out harder the next day. Jenna Danielle-Fm has been a huge influence on my weight loss/health mind and wellness process through out the years and highly recommend her because she has the amazing ability to make you want to be healthier but is realistic about life and supports the perfect balance that obviously shows results.
