My name is Jenna or you can call me Jam. I joined the bandwagon and moved to Colorado a few months ago for the sole reason to spend more time with family, but the mountains have been a nice bonus. I'm an outgoing individual who has a passion for helping others. I bet that surprised you. On a serious note, I love being able to connect with individuals of diverse backgrounds because I firmly believe we can never stop learning and one of the best ways to learn is through human interaction.

When I think about working with a client, I treat them as a teammate. We depend on each other to be successful. I want my clients to smash my goals through killer work ethics and my clients need me to provide the best training that suits their lifestyle and goals. A typical training session will include fun, encouragement, demonstration of exercises, and explanations as to why we are doing what we are doing. With regards to exercises and different workouts, it's all dependent on the client's goals. I'm comfortable doing all sorts of workouts that include but aren't limited to weight training, HIIT, bodyweight training, functional training etc. My goal is that the client enjoys their workouts because if they can't then they won't want to continue training towards their goals.
My favorite success story was from a client of mine back in Ohio. It was right before I moved to Colorado and this client wrote me a letter before I left. She said how I helped her not retreat back to antidepressants. During training I had know idea of her personal struggles, I only witnessed how hard she worked at the gym. Many people tend to focus on the physical benefits that can come from exercise, which is great but exercising can also support one's mental health, which is equally important. Knowing I was able to have this impact on someone's life, motivates me more to help others achieve a life they desire.
