Hi! I'm Jen, and I'm a certified personal trainer who loves what I do. You want to be consistent with your workouts, you want to be effective and get a really good workout in a short amount of time because your time is valuable, you want to take the guesswork out and leave it to a professional to guide you, and you want to be pushed so that you can get the results you want faster… I'll design an individualized program for you based on your goals, needs and abilities, and I'm there every step of the way to help you reach your goals faster. I’m passionate and genuinely care about guiding you to achieve the transformation you desire, because I know how amazing it feels to see our bodies change, and to get control of our energy, our health and well being, and to reach for our true potential. I train my clients out a Membership-type gym called Flex Gym in Woodland Hills, CA. The gym has a warm and friendly culture and currently the new owners are investing into it, making it cleaner, nicer, and updated equipment. It’s a great place for having a really good workout! My formal education and hands-on experience is as follows: Aside from the several years of me hiring personal trainers for myself in my 20’s & 30’s, I spent two years in a hands-on apprenticeship with a Master Trainer & Bodybuilder learning and practicing the ins & outs of training each muscle group to sculpt the body. I also earned my Personal Training Certification through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), the world leader in fitness certification programs.
