Hello! My name is Jeff Wilson and thank you for checking out my profile. I am 33 years old and have been an athlete my entire life, as well as an avid health enthusiast. I have been training others for just around 10 years in many different facets. I've helped runners achieve their goals, people find their weak spots, many lose weight and everybody feels better when they train with me long-term. I love helping people find the areas in their life they can improve! It ignites me to see someone's life change through fitness, food, habits and a willingness to go the distance. Life isn't always easy, so I'll do my best to make this as simple as possible for you! My goals are to be the best trainer in Colorado Springs! As well, I want to have both an in-person and remote training business that reaches tens of thousands in my lifetime. Come along the journey with me!

What to Expect

My sessions are primarily focused on the actual workout, however, I do schedule nutritional consultations where needed. Within a typical workout we'll do a full body dynamic warm-up, then go through a workout that fits your goals and accommodates your physical and mental strengths and limitations. I prescribe flexibility and mobility exercises for you to do on your own as well. On that note, I have a state of the art software all my clients use that has accompanying videos, helping guide you when I'm not around. This comes free when training with me more than once per week.

Client Success Story

This is always hard to pick one that is the most prominent, so I'll pick a recent one. I was working with a client whom was an avid exerciser, but needed a complete overhaul on how things had been done with a previous trainer. He was overworked, tired and needed changes. When you see those details, it's not how your typical success story starts, but this one I couldn't pass up. We changed how he was exercising, and focused more on what he needed for his age (mid-40's). After just a couple short months, he saw a complete change in his energy, how strong he felt both in and out of the gym and was nowhere near as tired day to day. This client was always one of my favorites. I had so much fun training him and helping talk to why we were doing what we were doing. As well, he was easy to work with. He loved working out and was willing to change. At the end of the day, that's one of the toughest things to do when you're trying to work on yourself. Change is hard. It can be painful, whether physical, mentally or even emotionally. These reasons are hard to do on your own and helping others in ALL of these areas is why I love what I do.
