Hi, my name is Jeanine. I have been passionate about health and fitness for the past 4 years. I started my own journey back in 2012 and I am proud I finally took that leap towards living a healthier lifestyle. What peaked my interest in this industry was joining the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and learning the ins and outs of weight training and proper food consumption. My body began to change and my confidence in myself and my sport progressed. I realized that I loved sharing my story and helping others finding their "X Factor" when I was repeatedly approached and asked what I did and for some advice. I love making an impact on other's lives, this is what drives me and this is the reason why I love to train others! I have seen the amazement and positive energy from those I have helped turn their life around for the best. The possibilities are endless and you are in charge of your life and your future, you make the decisions, and living a healthier lifestyle should be one of them. You cannot put a price on health. What to Expect

First time meeting with me, the client and I will discuss their overall fitness goals/needs, what their X factor is and what their limitations are. I would like to get to know the client so I know how to approach them when I am training, whether that be more intense or laid back etc. We will go over what they expect and what I am there to offer and how I am going to help them reach and maintain their goals. After the initial meeting I will then continue to meet with the client and have each workout planned in advance. I will be there to work and train each client, not be someone to just talk to and waste time with!

Client Success Story

I have successfully helped a family member in gaining and defining muscle. His initial weight was 135lbs and currently he has gained 10lbs in muscle and also gained some fat % since he was considerably low for his body type due to lack of eating proper food portions. He started his fitness journey 1.5 months ago and is looking to maintain his current physique. I have helped a group of 15 (combined of men and woman) undergo and complete a 5 day mini challenge group that I and another coach co-hosted. The group lost a total of 16 lbs, which is amazing for the amount who participated and the length of the challenge. This was accomplished through core/cardio exercises and as well as clean eating.
