About Me

As the founder of ST&F LLC in 2010, I wanted to create a brand that showed my vision of helping people the right way and not putting finances first. With integrity, good ethics, and hard work, I was able to create a company that specializes in training not only professional athletes of all sports, but also the corporate athletes of the world. We work with lawyers, physicians, engineers, accountants, and everybody in between to ensure a pain-free training session day in and day out.

What to Expect

Our mission is simple - to have you feeling better when you walk out of the gym than you did when you walked in. After going through our movement preparation work, the individualized workout, and the cool-down & stretch, you will feel in tuned with your body, more energetic, and more productive throughout the day.

Client Success Story

We have hundreds of client success stories, but the only that sticks out most is that of a physician that came into the gym walking on a cane due to severe knee pain. She was told by 3 separate orthopedic surgeons that she would need a total knee replacement immediately. Upon hearing about our services, she decided to come into our facility, and upon completion of the initial 45-minute assessment & activation session, she walked out of the gym and left her cane at the gym! She is now going on 5 years with ST&F and has yet to undergo a single procedure on her knees.

It is the same methods we applied with this lady that we use with our professional athletes, such as Dwight Howard, D.J. Augustin, James Casey, Kevin Walter, and Emmanuel Sanders. We look at movement from a barefoot stance first, identify movement flaws and compensations, and work diligently to resolve these issues through body-weight and resistance band exercises before loading the body with excess weight.
