About Me

Hey there! My name is Jason and I consider myself a highly educated fitness professional. I specialize in weight loss as well as weight gain, strength training, sport specific and nutrition guidance. I am a graduate in advanced health and fitness from Bryan University as well as certified in personal training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I was the lead director of personal training in Ohio for about a year and a half until I was offered an opportunity in NY to work with some of the best trainers in the industry! I've been able to help many different types of clients. Whether it's to lose weight, build muscle, get stronger or to get ready for an event, I can help get you there!

What to Expect

Typical training sessions consist of proper warm up that will be based around the clients needs. Followed by specific variables to help you reach your goal whether it's strength, endurance, muscle building or power. I end the session with core work and finishers (HIIT training) and finally, I personally stretch the client out while he/she relaxes.

My name is Daren Lubinsky and I am encouraging you to accept Mr. Tibb's guidance and leadership for your physical fitness endeavor. I met Jason after leaving my local recreation center in Brunswick, Ohio. I was 40 years old and looking for more difficult and challenging classes. I joined Anytime Fitness after meeting Jason and seeing the classes that they offered. I saw immediate results in losing fat, gaining strength, increased range in motion, and most of all, enjoying the process of exercising. Jason, going above and beyond my expectations, offered to take measurements so I could track my progress. He was a great class instructor. He is the type of trainer that is always cognitive of what you are doing. I was continually encouraged to make the most of the class. I was consistently hearing phrases like "Jump a little higher. Move your foot here to get more out of the exercise. Use the Bosu ball to make it more difficult. Complete the pull like this. You have only one more rep." He has the knack to train in such an encouraging way. I never felt that he was being negative towards me. When he pushed me to work harder, it was always from a positive and uplifting source. One of the most impressive things about him is that I felt like he was my personal trainer, all while he was instructing as many as 9 other students. Meanwhile, he would often ask the class nutritional questions, inquire about your diet, explain the purposes of exercises, and make a few lighthearted jokes to make the class fun. Jason's knowledge of nutrition, anatomy, and physiology is second to none. He knows how to match workouts to each individual's capabilities and limitations. I feel however, that his best asset is the fact that he is a great person. I always looked forward to his classes for not just the exercise benefit, but for the positive outlook I knew I would be leaving the gym with. I think the best way to close this letter is to express how I felt when I learned that. I was incredibly happy for Jason, when I heard he was moving on to bigger and better opportunities because the opportunity was overdue and well deserved, but I was equally sad to see him leave.
