I'm in a fitness enthusiast in the process of earning my master's in sport, exercise, and performance psychology. I began undergraduate college weighing less that 130 lbs. Within 3 years, I was able to gain over 30lbs and bring my body fat to under 10% year around. I understand how difficult it can be to achieve fitness goals, especially for those who would be considered “ hard gainers” . With the right mindset and proper research, I was able to develop my body into something that i could finally be proud of. It’s not a week long journey, because everyone would do it if it were. What I can say though is that you can make consistent progress on a weekly basis to ultimately achieve your goals.

We’ll begin with a brief warmup and then jump straight into the exercises. Depending on what your goals and capabilities are will define what pace will be set for the duration of the workout. I will be motivating you every step of the way, but I will also be pushing you so you can perform and achieve to the best of your capability.
I have a current client who worked out for about a year before working with me. About half way through the year, he hit a plateau and couldn’t make more progress. Over the course of our first 3 weeks, we got him to gain 7 pounds and significantly increase his muscular strength. Due to under active back muscles, he had a slight hunch, which we’ve been able to correct as well, giving him a taller appearance.
