My name is Coach Jason. I'm an ACE certified personal trainer, USA Boxing Registered Coach, and Mixed Martial Arts practitioner with specialties in Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I'm also a TRX qualified trainer and I put a big emphasis on functional training, sport specifics, and overal conditioning. I can tailor this to anyone looking to lose weight, gain strength, and get fit. In addition, I have a deep knowledge of nutrition that I discuss with my clients.

I start off with a light warm up to increase blood flow, followed by stretching, and then we get into our high intensity workout and/or skills training. After that some core exercises or strength and conditioning and end with some cool down of light stretching once again.
Most of clients are everyday people who turned into athletes. Collectively, they have lost quite a bit of weight, participated in mud run events, ran 5K's, and participated in boxing.
