Hi! I’m Mr America Jason Kozma. Yes, for real. I’m LA’s top body transformation expert for over 20 years. I’m not the same thing as other “trainers” like you’ll find at big box gyms, or your friend’s trainer, or any other pretender. I also have an elite squad of LA’s best personal trainers working for me. You can opt for training with one of them at about half my personal rate. Areas covered include gyms in Marina del Rey, Venice, El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Hollywood, North Hollywood, Studio City, Pasadena and Woodland Hills. We also offer in home training in most areas of Los Angeles. Note about availability - the time available listed on my profile only apply to me personally. Team trainers are available from 6am-7pm weekdays and 7am-12pm saturdays. In my profile here is a very small sample of my many amazing client before and after transformations. My background: I’ve been lifting weights and bodybuilding since the age of 12, and competed in my first bodybuilding contest at the age of 15. I always saw bodybuilding competition as the natural competitive extension of the training in the gym. Ever since I learned that there was such a thing as a personal trainer, that was what I wanted to be. Upon graduating college, I moved out to Los Angeles to chase my dream. Things happened, it was bumpy and tough but I eventually became very successful as a personal trainer, even adding a team of trainers working under me to handle the overflow of clients that I couldn't train myself. I even got back into bodybuilding competition from 2003-2007 and won my weight class at the Mr. America in 2004 and Mr. Muscle Beach in 2007, accomplishing some of my long-held goals. My background in bodybuilding competition and my experience as a karate teacher combined well in enabling me to teach and train people from all walks of life in all the aspects necessary to transform their bodies in minimum time with maximum safety. I believe a great trainer has to be a great teacher.

What to expect when you train with us: You can expect radical results in a shorter timeframe than you imagined - my years of experience give you the benefit of all the secrets and tricks I've learned to maximize the results from your personal training sessions, cardio workout and nutritional plan. As you can imagine my schedule is usually pretty full so in order to keep up with demand I’ve gathered and trained an elite squad of Los Angeles’ best trainers: The High Performance Personal Training Team. You’ll get fantastic results training with one of my trainers (at a lower rate than mine!) - when you book sessions here your credit can be applied to their rates (100 per session) You can always message me for more details. Jason, When I first came to you, I was unhealthy: smoking, not eating properly, etc. didn't know how to work out correctly. You inspired me through my training to change a lot of things in my life for the better: i.e. quit smoking with-in the first week with you (a 20 year habit) and did not smoke at all after that, start eating right, making better choices overall. You know what I mean. How important you were in my life how your techniques motivated me, basically, through your expertise & vast knowledge how you taught me to truly change my life. I’m so happy because of that.

You truly know how much you changed my life. I never imagined I could transform my body, my health and my self-image.

P.S.: I should point out that when I met you I was trying unsuccessfully to lose weight on a 1000 calorie a day diet. While training with you for my first NPC bikini contest we had me losing fat while eating 2641 calories a day at 5 weeks out! We had gone from 22% body fat at the beginning to 13% at that point, to 10% on show day. Amazing!

I trained with Jason for over 3 years. During those years I have never felt or looked better. As I have gotten older, the importance of living a healthy lifestyle has dramatically increased. The demands of work make the process even more difficult. However, Jason manages to find a program that works with anyone's schedule no matter how demanding. Besides organizing the very best workouts for me, he also organized a diet plan and followed up diligently to make adjustments to ensure I met my goals. Anyone who is serious about being healthy, feeling good and looking great should call Jason. My only regret today is that I have moved to China for work and I can not convince Jason to follow suit to continue training me.

It is a hard thing to find a personal trainer who is both knowledgeable and professional when it comes to women. Especially women in my category - over 50. What a difference I can see in my body! Jason is the best personal trainer out there. His knowledge of the body, his adherence to proper form and technique and his strong emphasis on diet combine to help you get noticeable results quickly. Whether you want to gain muscle size, increase definition or drop the pounds, Jason is the trainer you want. He's not the kind of trainer that stands there, counts out 10 reps and then tells you you've done a good job.
He will push you hard, motivate you and get you to levels of fitness you never thought possible. And after all, isn't that what you want?

I read that Jason was one of the best trainers out there and definitely he is. He gave me an appropriate nutritional menu plan and it works. He motivates me to push past my perceived limits to get a result. Every workout is intense but every workout is also different. He utilized free weights as well as weighted machines to build my strengths. I have incredible energy, my balance and flexibility have improved immensely. His goal is clearly to get his clients as healthy and fit as possible. I highly recommend him!!!
