My name is Jason Guttridge. I'm 33 years old and I specialize in kickboxing, conditioning and flexibility training. I've been doing martial arts since I was six and I've been kickboxing since I was 12. I have a lot of experience to share with the world. That's why I'm here. A typical training session with me starts with a 10-15 minute warm up doing strength and stability exercises. Second is 30-40 minutes of kickboxing training where we kick and punch pads with active rest exercises that are explosive in nature. The last 10-15 minutes is working on your flexibility which is something very important that many people forget to do.
