I explain what we will be doing each session and why we will be doing it and then we warm up and get right to work. There will be times when we turn up the intensity and times when it will be slowed down. Each session can and will be different dependent on the goal to be achieved.
Most recently I had a client who was preparing for the Army Combat Fitness Test(ACFT). She was having trouble with a few events. We trained for about a month and she took her ACFT passed it with flying colors. She was not even worried about any of the events and had time to spare on several of the events.
