Jared is always a friendly and well mannered trainer. He is always on-time and professional in the gym. Training sessions are always well planned out and different from the last. Jared has a lot of knowledge and experience in regards to fitness, and exercise. Every workout was amazing!
My experience working with JT was amazing! I made so much progress with him. Every time I walked into the gym I knew I was going to be challenged and feel accomplished walking out. His work outs are killer and the next day it never fails to make me extremely sore. Every session included boxing, weights, cardio, etc. Not only are his workouts difficult, but he also makes the entire experience a fun time :)
