I am a fun, energetic and friendly fitness nut hailing from The Motor City, Detroit, MI. I've been "in the gym" for well over 10 years, and decided I wanted to share my knowledge, experience and technique with others looking to be a better version of themselves. Being fit should be a journey of continuous growth and constant rewards. I love this stuff!

My most cherished story is my own. I was always the chubby, overweight kid, and the borderline obese adult. In my early adult life, I decided enough was enough. I started from scratch, and for many years, became a sponge to all things in the form of fitness. Today, I am in the best shape of my life, and only looking to get better! My boyfriend and I purchased 4 sessions with Jarek. He came to our tiny gym every Saturday and provided us with various reps for arms, shoulders, back, glutes, legs, and and HIIT training that were perfect for our needs and are easy to build from.
We trained with Jarek early this year and are still committed to going to the gym 2x a week with what he taught us. Jarek also provided us great information about the right vitamins and supplements to take for pre/post workout. I highly recommend him!
