Hi, my name is Jared. I am a self employed personal trainer, public speaker and author. Currently I am seeking new clients to build my personal training business. I have been training for 7 years and competing for 4. Most of my clients are focused on weight reduction and body firming, so I use a variety of circuit training and body weight movements to get a good metabolic workout to increase your metabolism. We talk a lot about your nutrition and sleep in order to match your program with your lifestyle.
We will spend a few minutes talking about your energy level, daily stressors and aches and panes. Then I will outline what I have programmed for the day before we get started with our workout. Workouts vary depending on the day. Some days we will use weights in the workout, some days we will only do bodyweight movements. Sometimes I like to go for a jog with my clients to get a low intensity long duration workout and talk about their life. It really depends on where the client is with their fitness goals.
