Barb K. When I came to Jared I was in the last stages of recovering from badly herniated discs in L5 S1. I had trouble moving and needed help building my core so I could function again. After working with Jared for a few months, I am very happy to say his slow plan to building strength worked - I am RUNNING again! Ran the cap 10 this year and looking at a half in Sept.
