Hi, my name is Janet.
My background includes:
B.S. Exercise Science
2 years experience as Physical Therapy Tech.
Currently seeking License in Massage Therapy.

I have a broad knowledge from bodybuilding to sculpting, improving strength, HIIT, vegetarian meal suggestions, etc. (I am vegan) :) Building a muscular body or lean and tight physique; I've done both. Health is my passion and its much more than a workout that will help you live a long healthy life with your loved ones.

What to Expect

I will help you with the following: Nutrition classes, cooking class, gym/home routine, suggested meal plan.

First session we start with basics! We'll go over weight, body fat, causes of emotional stress, long term goals, education and nutritional guidelines.

Janet is passionate about health, exercising and all around pleasant person to have as a trainer. She is patient, kind and respectful. She gave me a healthy eating plan to follow. ( I really like it and my husband is following it too) She wanted to help me achieve my goals and puts together a plan for it. I do have some, minor physical limitations at this time and she put together an exercise plan that works! I'm looking forward to losing weight, gaining strength and feeling confident. Thanks Janet!!

Janet knew how to structure each sessions well, she was considerate of the fact that i'm not very active and of my hypothyriod so she would give me work outs that i could do and slowly work up from there. Each session was great to look forward to as well since Janet made it fun even though I usually don't work out a lot so it wears me out quickly. By the end of my personal training I felt a lot stronger and felt like I had more energy in me, so not only did she help me achieve losing 40 pounds but she also helped improved my overall health as well. I would definitely say I'd recommend her to anyone that is interesting in losing weight, or just wanting a better and healthy lifestyle; she's the girl for you because she's knowledgeable in nutrition as well. She definitely knows what she's doing and is one of the best personal trainers out there.

I absolutely loved Janett training .It was always what i needed , i was always scared to go to her sessions but excited at the same time becuase i knew that thr workout that i was going to get was going to be essential and beneficial for me .She would push me and she would encourage me to do better all the time and her nutrition guide for me was what i needed . I became a vegetarian because of all the helpfull information she tought me . I was very satisfied with her trainning and now i am still working hard to accomplish my goal weight . Even thought shes not training me anymore if i have a question or doubt about my own training , she will always answer any doubt i have . I have back problemsand she would streach me or show me the correct way . I would defiantly recommend her to anyone .
