What to Expect

They can expect that I give my all to every session! I build their training program around their individual goals, any injuries or restrictions! Every client is different and can not be trained the same way! I love to really build trust relationships with my clients! I will push and motivate you to overcome obstacles in and out of the gym! We utilize every minute in every session, but of course have great conversation and fun at the same time! I also like to educate my clients during our sessions on proper form and nutrition!

I have been working with one of my new Moms- 31 years old! her son just turned 1! She's busy mom and business owner but found the time to dedicate to 1 hour sessions 5 days a week with me! We have currently been working together since April and she is down 43 lbs!! She works hard every session, even when she's exhausted she still shows up and gives 100 percent! I'm so excited to continue this journey with her!
