Hi, my name is Jamie. I am a mom of two beautiful girls and married to my high school sweetheart. My husband has recently retired from the military so we have lived all over but call Oklahoma home. I fell in love with fitness after the birth of my second daughter and needed to lose weight. I lost the weight and have kept it off for years now and want to show others that they can do it too. I have a passion for eating healthy and working out and have been a certified personal trainer for about 8 years now. I would love to help you reach your fitness goals!
American Counsil on Exercise
Training sessions are 1 hour long and will always consist of a warm up, exercise, and cool down. Depending on what your focus is we would incorporate more cardio or strength training. I like to keep things moving fast so you can get the most out of your session.
I have a current client who needed to lose about 75 pounds. Since we have been working together she has lost almost 20 pounds in just over a month. She is right on track and feeling better every day. My own personal story is that I needed to lose 50 pounds after pregnancy and through my own training and healthy eating habits I was able to lose all of that weight and keep it off.
