I am from Austin, TX. I have been working out at least three times per week for the last six years. I enjoy resistance training and cardio. I am motivated to become a trainer because I want to help people learn the right way to eat and workout, so they can see results, feel great and lead a higher quality of life.

Expect a brief warmup followed by a full body workout. Some sessions will be on free weights. Some will be on machines, some will be body weight. Resistance training will be followed by HIIT training utilizing various equipment in the form of circuits.
