Client Feedback

Very enthusiastic and pays attention to what I needed, my strengths and weaknesses. Works on the weak areas to get it on par with other areas. Since my quads are weak, Jaleel focused on that area. First we would warm up, legs, arms, and abs. (depending also on what I did on my own). I felt more comfortable going to the gym and using some of the equipment...also my knees don't hurt as much anymore!!!
