Hi, my name is Jake. I am currently studying exercise science at Aurora University! My focus in fitness and wellness allows for a large variety in strength training, High Intensity Interval Training, as well as rehabilitation. As a former collegiate athlete, I strive towards bringing an upbeat, motivational and goal focused training session to all of my clients.
