About Me

Hello, my name is Jake and I am 24. I am a NASM certified personal trainer, and I have been in the training and coaching for 6 years. I currently train out of Trivium fitness in Affton and also Fit Gym in Fenton. I started off as an intern at a small training facility that was primarily focused with bootcamp classes, and small group personal training. After 9 months I then started training on my own as an in-home trainer.

I work with clients of any age and all walks of life. From youth-college aged athletes and any age for general clientele as well.

I am a baseball and Softball coach at the youth and HS levels, and I also play men’s major fastpitch softball-which is equivalent to minor league baseball. I have been playing for 4 years and have had the privilege to travel the United States

Client Success Story

A client of mine has been training 2x per week for the last 4 weeks and has lost a total of 6lbs. She’s noticing her legs toning and getting stronger as well as her midsection.

A client of mine came to me asking to help her out and get her back in shape. She had ankle problems, wrist problems, and upper back/neck as well. We have been together a year now is she is pain free of all and doesnt have any limitations. Shes also dropped 10 lbs but added 5-8lbs of lean muscles mass.

I trained a sophomore pitcher over the summer. He is from Maryville University. We worked on a lot of stability in the lower half along with strength for the upper and lowe body. His velocity jumped up to 92-93mph. Brandon was sitting at about 88-89mph.

Client Feedback

I came to work with Jake after meeting with a PT. I needed additional help to find the right form of exercises that would strengthen my lower back. Since working with him I have noticed not only is my back stronger, but so are my glutes and there is less back pain during and after my workouts. I am appreciate of learning how to do my things the right way so now I am feeling the maximum benefit from the effort I put in!

Jake helps me train every off season. He helped me gain muscle and strength after junior hockey. He got me ready for College Hockey at Missouri State University.
