While he wants you to reach your goals and look great, he also wants you to feel good inside as well which is why he also pays attention to your digestive system and your blood work. Jake has been bodybuilding for 4 years and is passionate being a transformation coach to help change clients lives. Put In Work Fitness offers training sessions at a semi-private gym where clients do not need a membership and is fully equipped. Put In Work Fitness also offers worldwide online coaching, where you will be coached 1-1 through Jake's personal fitness app and have all the guess work done for you. You will have personalized access to the app where he will deliver weekly workouts and your custom nutrition plan. You will also have 24/7 support via his personal number. You will also have a database of exercise videos if you're ever unsure how to do something. Lastly there will be weekly check-ins to see how each week went and to make sure progress is going the right direction.

-When Rabekah and I first started working together, she was struggling with eating enough, so while she wasn’t gaining, she also wasn’t losing weight or body fat. In 8 weeks Rabekah lost 2 inches in her arms, 2.5 inches in her chest, 2 inches in her legs and 2 inches in her waist and her posture improved dramatically! (Photo's on profile). -Chad came to me with the main goal of getting in shape for the Las Vegas Metro Police Academy. We worked on average twice per week together and another 3 days on his own for 12 weeks. The test required a 15 inch vertical jump, agility run finished in 19.5 seconds, 30 correct sit ups in 1 minute, 23 correct push-ups, a 300 meter run in 68 seconds, and a 1.5 mile run finished in 16 minutes and 57 seconds. Chad did a carbohydrate load the night before and come test day he hit a 17 inch vertical, agility run time of 18.5 seconds, 33 sit ups in 1 minute, 27 push-ups, 300 meter run time of 57 seconds, and a 1.5 mile run time of 15 minutes!! In addition to reaching his main goal, Chad also lost 26lbs and also lost 3.5 inches in his waist in the 12 weeks! He also added a ton of lean muscle mass and dramatically improved his posture!

Jake is a terrific trainer that is very easy to work with to learn and grow from. That’s not to say he is easy, he will drive you to improve at every opportunity but he does it in a very encouraging way. Regardless of how great or minor your goals are Jake reviews your goals and progress with you to make sure you not only see the progress but understand all the ways you have progressed. If and when I move back to the Las Vegas area, Jake is the only trainer I would sign up with. Thank you for everything Jake, cannot wait time work with you again.

Jake knows his stuff! Not only does he practice what he preaches but he is always there for his clients. You set a goal and he helps you achieve it. He has most definitely motivated me in becoming a better version of myself. I now have the energy to workout more than I ever have. I’m loving the results I’m seeing so far (toning & building muscle) and will continue to reach new goals. I’ve never felt so good about myself!

I’ve been training with Jake for 8 months now, and he has helped me achieve my goals and make big changes to my body. He is super knowledgeable and always makes sure I’m doing the exercises properly, with good form and range of motion, which makes it much easier for when I’m by myself at the gym. Jake is very motivating, and always takes a positive stance on my journey. If I hit a plateau, he makes sure to readjust our training or my meal plan, always keeping my body on point. He’s such a great support - love training with him!
