Working with Jagoda as my personal trainer has a been extremely rewarding. When I first approached her regarding my goals, I had my doubts on whether or not I would be able to push myself or if I was even capable of achieving the look I always wanted. Jagoda is just awesome! She is positive and professional, and super knowledgeable. She always picks workouts and exercises that meet me exactly where I am, so workouts feel challenging without being overwhelming. She is also flexible - she offers sessions both in-person and online, so you can stay on track even when traveling or when things get busy. I recommend 100%.
