About Me

I'm a Houston-based trainer with more than 11 years of experience in weight loss, sport performance as well as corrective exercises. I attended the University of Houston on a track and field scholarship, and also fulfilled a two-year internship under then head strength and conditioning coach Dale Jones. The background that I have has made my training methods effective as well as fun and rewarding for my clients. I know what it's like to have someone correct, educate, and praise you for your results along the way. With consistency, proper nutrition, and tailored routines, your results are limitless. I am also a competitive Muay Thai/kick-boxer.
