Hi, my name is Isolyn. I've spent more than 18 years as a fitness professional working in a variety of disciplines. Strength training, heart health and mobility are critical aspects of my program. Exercise is fun and fascinating so I tend to teach as I go. It's effective for you to know what you're doing and why. I have some background in anatomy and a lot of life experience to draw from as well as several fitness certifications and am always expanding my knowledge base. Health and fitness have changed my life for the better and I would like to share that benefit with you.

If you train at my studio you will find a wide variety of exercise options and over time we will use all of them. If we train at your location we will do more whole body exercises and band work. Cardio, Strength, Stretch, Cardio is typically the session breakdown but we're all different so nothing is set in stone, we adapt the program to suit you. I'm a stickler for form but not a drill sergeant, this is a lifestyle so my approach is for you to reach obtainable goals which increase over time in such a way you surprise yourself.
It's been my pleasure to help my clients lose up to 60 lbs naturally and effectively without stimulants or starvation and no more than four 1 hr sessions a week. I've also been able to show older clients all the vigor and capacity they still have in them to lead more energetic lives.
