Isaiah, a young and energetic trainer, has been an athlete for over 18 years. Competing in wrestling (high school level), and football (semi-professional). Isaiah works with all types of clients from young athletes to college level athletes, new moms, clients referred by their doctor or specialist for health reasons, weight loss, and clients looking for overall health improvement!

One of my early clients Chris came to me as a 17 year old over 300 lbs. He started his weight loss journey by changing his diet (trainer recommended), and with 2 sessions a week. Eventually working his way to 4 sessions a week, and to a fitness level never experienced before. By the age of 19, Chris had started college at an amazing 185 lbs!
