That means not just training in the gym or online but finding ways to change your lifestyle, you mindset so that you don't relapse back into a bad habit. I may coach you to do Yoga because you have a lot stress in your life. I may help you re organize your fridge so that you don't have any 'bad' foods or even go to the local grocery store with you to help you choose the right foods. Whatever it takes, I am there to help!
