Hi, I am Ifechi! I starting eating healthy and working out consistently a bit ago, and I've seen huge results in myself, so I love helping others on their fitness journey! I train a lot of my acquaintances in nutrition and training. I currently am training someone who is looking for total body recomposition, and she is seeing great results so far! I have had personal experience cutting, bulking, recomposing, gaining strength, IIFYM, counting macros, you name it. In my free time, I look at recent studies on health and fitness topics (metabolism, hypertrophy, etc.). I also am taking AP Biology, so I know quite a lot about how the body works. I hope to have fun training with you!
- A mix of hypertrophy, strength training, endurance training, functional work, plyometrics (and maybe a little calisthenics) - To be out of breath/possible soreness the next day - Sweat
- Amanda is one of my clients right now - She wants to grow her muscle and lose fat (aka. recomp) for prom - We have focused on hypertrophy training with short rest breaks and a little cardio - She has gained 3 pounds in muscle - She sees more quad definition, lifted glutes and a tighter belly - We have a little more work to do before her prom though, and we're excited!
