I have been a certified personal trainer since 2015 and health coach since 2013. I became a personal trainer due to my desire to help people attain their goals and live a healthy life. I knew that I had personally benefited tremendously in my life from exercise and wanted to share that with others. Exercise and fitness in my own life has included competing in a figure competition in 2015, gym physique challenges, completion of two Tough Mudders and numerous 5ks. In addition to working with clients in a personal training setting, I teach TRX, small group classes, Functional Fitness & I have facilitated weight loss challenge groups. I often stress to my clients that they can always do more than they think they can. I always say mind over matter. I believe anyone can work towards being better than they were yesterday, no matter what age. When I begin working with a new client, I encourage them to celebrate the journey. You can do this. Your only competition should be you. Keep working little by little every day and you will see results. Patience and persistence is key. Now let’s work together have fun and crush some goals!

I’ve had many clients over the years ranging from seniors, teenagers and adults. I have experience with a wide range of clients abilities and injuries. One senior client in particular had some difficulties with balance I worked with him for over a year and he improved considerably with his balance and his overall health and fitness . It was rewarding to see his progress and help him in his journey!
