About Me

Hi, my name is Hendrigo. I have been a personal trainer for thirteen years and I became a Health Coach in 2016. Being a Health Coach has been one of the best decisions I have made in order to bring something new to my private clients. There is nothing better than seeing clients developing sustainable behavior change through their own internal motivation based on a well-designed exercise program.

What to Expect

We always discuss how clients are doing since we saw each other for the last time. The session starts off with a dynamic stretch going to some skills and drills. The next portion of it covers strength training and endurance. Finally, the cool-down is the best part of it for the most clients: an assisted stretch.
