My name is Heidi and I most enjoy learning about different forms of exercise but I am also a volunteer crisis counselor. Over the last two years I lost one hundred pounds and have maintained my weight. I have also overcome sports asthma which was a very stressful experience, I love to do different marathon events and do different meditative practices which also includes exercise.

My training session would include first getting to know each other and finding out what is your main motivation and then come up with the action plan together.
My husband is someone who I was able to help out and lower his weight a couple pounds as well as helped him with lowering his different cholesterol levels since he was developing pre-hypertension. Now his levels are within the recommended ranges for both systolic and diastolic blood pressure.
