What to Expect

We'll do a five to 10 minute dynamic warm up, then depending on your fitness goal I will design a training program that is both fun and effective. We will do the toughest exercises at the beginning of the workout and do three to four circuits of exercises. I like to program the circuits by doing a lower body, core and upper body -- this way we don't overload a body part. To train at Complete Body or Structure Personal Fitness there is a $30/session fee that will be added
