Fitness Background: Born in Guatemala and raised in New York by his loving and hard-working parents, Raphael and Letty, Hector served four years in the U.S. Navy. In 2005, he started and developed his fitness career as a personal trainer where he found his passion for personal fitness. He found his purpose within the joy of helping individuals make a difference in their physical and mental health. "Nobody ever regrets going to the gym."

What drew you to working with Coach Kev and Crew? I was very impressed with Coach Kev's training knowledge, work ethic and drive to change the way fitness is done. I got to know Mary, Amanda, Sarah, Dominick and Kevin at our former employer and was very impressed that they shared my passion for fitness.

What are you most excited about now that you're working at Structure? I love the team atmosphere we have created here, where we all share the same goal of getting our clients to reach and surpass their fitness goals.

What's one fun fact we'd never guess about you? I kick as on Clash of Clans

What to Expect

We'll do a five to 10 minute dynamic warm up, then depending on your fitness goal I will design a training program that is both fun and effective. We will do the toughest exercises at the beginning of the workout and do three to four circuits of exercises. I like to program the circuits by doing a lower body, core and upper body -- this way we don't overload a body part.

To train at Complete Body or Structure Personal Fitness there is a $30/session fee that will be added
