Client Success Story

My favorite success story came from a weight loss program at the RiverPlex in Peoria, IL. She had a positive attitude during the entire program, which helped keep everyone else positive as well. She lost 36 pounds in 10 weeks, about 12.5 percent of her entire weight lost, and 10 percent body fat. She ended up being the top individual female winner of the program. I think she helped the rest of the group surpass their goals with her encouragement during the tough workouts. I always looked forward to the training sessions because of the interesting faces they would make (like sticking their tongues out without knowing it) and the occasional dancing they would do. We had fun working out as a group.
